Apply for an individual

1. Choose who to apply for

Find the individual you would like to apply on behalf of by choosing from a list of the company's affiliated agent/advisors, or by using our member search function. Click "go" next to the person's name, and you will be able to start the application for them.

2. Fill out the application on behalf of the individual

Be ready to add information like ethical standing and production information for each employee you apply for.
The total amount of production provided must meet membership requirements.

3. Provide Certifying Letters

Each membership application requires at least one certifying letter in the official MDRT format that verifies the individual's production numbers.

4. Ensure payment is complete

If you haven’t already added money to your company account via wire transfer, you can pay the following membership dues on behalf of an agent/advisor using a wire transfer or a credit card. You can pay for base level membership or higher levels as a member qualifies.

5. Notify members that they can start enjoying their membership

If the member(s) you have applied on behalf of have a unique email address on file, they will receive an email from MDRT informing them that they have been approved for membership. If you have not provided a unique email address for each individual, you must direct them to log in.
