Membership Process

As a company administrator, you can process applications for members who meet Membership Requirements or submit Excel files to streamline the process for your employees.

Please note that no files uploaded to the Company Administrator Dashboard can be encrypted or password protected. The Company Administrator Dashboard is secure, and all personal data is protected.

Here is how it works:

CONFIRM YOUR EMPLOYEE LIST

Go to Company Directory 

Confirm your employees are listed in your Company Directory. For new applicants, follow step 2 to create new MDRT IDs for them.

Create MDRT IDs for New Applicants

ID Request

Employees that do not have an MDRT ID will need one created. Request new IDs by visiting the Request New IDs page above.

Determine if you will submit an Automated Membership Processing (AMP) file or an Electronic Excel Production (EEP) file

  • AMP is used when you are submitting production information, answering the Terms and Conditions and Ethics questions, and submitting membership dues on behalf of your employees.
  • EEP is used when you are submitting just production information for your employees. Payment can then be submitted using the Wire Transfer File Process page, or employees can log in to their accounts and submit payment individually.

Option A. Submit Automated Membership Processing (AMP) File

AMP Portal

  • After you have completed steps 1 and 2, click the link above to create and submit a file for Automated Membership Processing (AMP)
  • Email processinginfo@mdrt.org to request an invoice
  • You will receive an email notifying you once your file has been processed and your employees are approved for MDRT membership

Option B. Submit Electronic Excel Production (EEP) File

  • After you have completed steps 1 and 2, click the link above to create and submit a file for Electronic Excel Production (EEP)

Wire Transfer File Processing

  • Go to the Wire Transfer File Process Page below to submit MDRT Membership dues payments for your employees
  • Email processinginfo@mdrt.org to request an invoice

Complete MDRT Membership Applications

Your employees are not approved for MDRT Membership yet. To complete the application process you must:

  • Notify your employees to go to the MDRT Online Membership Application website to complete their applications
